News & Press February 20, 2007 New Star Begins Venture with Nutech LLC New Star Environmental entered in a joint venture with Nutech LLC, based in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina. New Star will lead the marketing and sales efforts for sampling systems used by contract laboratories and government laboratories for analyzing specific air toxic compounds identified by EPA, TO-14 and TO-15 compounds.
